Through 15 years of steady growth, we have evolved from a small production workshop into a large-scale contract manufacturing enterprise integrating R&D, production, testing, and logistics. Our factory spans over 8,000 square meters, equipped with standardized production workshops, R&D laboratories, testing centers, and warehousing/logistics zones, enabling full-process standardized management. Currently, it operates 12 fully automated welding lines, 3 vacuum copper-plating workshops, 20 smart injection molding machines, along with supporting logo printing and packaging equipment. With over 85% production line automation, it significantly boosts efficiency while ensuring product precision and consistency. Monthly production capacity consistently reaches 500,000 units, enabling seamless handling of large-volume orders while flexibly accommodating small-batch trial orders.

R&D innovation serves as the core driver of corporate development. We have assembled an R&D team of 15 senior designers and engineers, each with over five years of experience in the thermos industry. Specializing in product structural optimization, functional innovation, and aesthetic design, they can swiftly respond to OEM/ODM customization requests. Additionally, our factory possesses independent mold development capabilities. Based on customer drawings or samples, we complete the entire process—from mold design and tooling to trial runs—shortening product development cycles and helping brands rapidly capture market share.
