Cold brew tumblers are trickier than they look.
Earlier this year, a U.S. client came to us wanting a wide mouth that actually lets ice cubes float freely—not get stuck. Lid had to be one-hand operable. And leak-proof, obviously.
We went through five revisions.
V1: ice floated fine, lid too stiff. V2: lid smooth now, gasket seating uneven. V3 through V5: I’ve lost count of how many mold parameters we tweaked.
The day they finally approved, the email subject line was six words: “Let’s go to production.”
Shipment next month. They’ve already teed up the reorder.
