Q1: What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for this cartoon cup?

A: Our standard MOQ is 500 pieces per design for stock colors. For customized orders with logo printing, the MOQ is also 500 pieces per design.

Q2: Can I mix different cartoon designs in one container?

A: Yes, we allow mixing of all 5 designs (Yellow Dog, Pink Cat, Purple Bunny, Brown Bear, White Panda) in one container to meet your MOQ requirements.

Q3: What customization options do you offer?

A: We offer laser engraving and screen printing for custom logos. Custom packaging like gift boxes with your brand design is also available upon request.

Q4: Do you provide samples before bulk production?

A: Yes, we provide pre-production samples for your approval. Sample cost is required but refundable once you place a bulk order.

Q5: What is your typical production lead time?

A: For stock products, delivery is within 7-10 days after order confirmation. For customized orders, production takes approximately 15-25 days after sample approval.

Q6: Do you have quality control procedures in place?

A: Yes, we have a strict QC process covering raw material inspection, in-production checks, and final pre-shipment inspection to ensure consistent quality.

Q7: What payment terms do you accept for international orders?

A: We accept T/T bank transfer, L/C, and Western Union. A 30% deposit is required to start production, with the 70% balance paid before shipment.

Q8: Can you provide product certifications for export?

A: Yes, we can provide material test reports and compliance certificates such as FDA or LFGB upon request, depending on your target market requirements.
